BOZEMAN, Mont. - The Montana Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF) is pleased to announce the advancement of Haley Droogsma to Director of Marketing and Digital Communications, recognizing her leadership, creativity, and contributions to advancing the organization’s marketing efforts and connecting with members across the state.

Since joining Montana Farm Bureau in 2023, Droogsma has played an integral role in expanding the organization’s digital presence and brand identity, telling the stories of Montana agriculture, and strengthening engagement with members, county Farm Bureaus, stakeholders, and the public. In her new role, she will oversee the federation’s digital communications strategy, social media platforms, website content, multimedia storytelling, and online member engagement initiatives.

“Haley has consistently demonstrated a passion for agriculture and a talent for communicating the stories that matter most to Montana’s farmers and ranchers,” said Montana Farm Bureau Executive Vice President Scott Kulbeck. “Her creativity, professionalism, and dedication to serving our members have helped elevate Montana Farm Bureau’s voice. We are excited to see her continue to grow in this leadership role.”

As Director of Marketing and Digital Communications, Droogsma will lead efforts to expand MFBF’s digital outreach, enhance member relations, and develop innovative content that highlights the challenges, successes, and opportunities shaping Montana agriculture.

A Billings native with a strong background in communications, marketing, and digital media, Droogsma has helped strengthen the organization’s online presence while supporting key events, advocacy initiatives, educational programs, and membership activities.

This change reflects Montana Farm Bureau’s continued commitment to investing in innovative communication and marketing strategies that keep members informed, engaged, and connected to the issues impacting agriculture and rural communities.
